The Secrets of Language

Secrets of language

How to maximise client responsiveness

Evening Talk for healthcare professionals

“Every communication directs the listener’s attention in a particular and specific way”

One of the most important things I have learnt over the last 30 years of successfully helping my clients to make deep changes in a short time, is that your choice of words and the way you say them makes a massive difference to what they are able to do.

Having spent a great deal of time learning the language that influences, hypnotic language patterns and Neuro Linguistic Programming, I have collected together the most essential and relevant information for anyone in the healthcare profession.

During this evening talk

You will learn the basics of how you can:

  • Use language to enhance neurophysiological functioning
  • Reassure, Motivate and Instruct more effectively
  • Create deeper levels of trust and co-operation
  • Deal more effectively with un-operative clients
  • Change negative self-talk which can adversely influence clients
  • Ensure that every communication between you and your patient assists and promotes better health and function

Learning to use language more deliberately will make it easier for your clients to progress as quickly as possible and you will be able to maximise your effectiveness, as your practice is enhanced by having more understanding and control over the way you talk to your clients and consequently how they respond to you.
