One of the most important things I have learnt over the last 30 years of successfully helping my clients to make deep changes in a short time, is that your choice of words and the way you say them makes a massive difference to what they are able to do.
Having spent a great deal of time learning the language that influences, hypnotic language patterns and Neuro Linguistic Programming, I have collected together the most essential and relevant information for anyone in the healthcare profession.
During this evening talk

- Use language to enhance neurophysiological functioning
- Reassure, Motivate and Instruct more effectively
- Create deeper levels of trust and co-operation
- Deal more effectively with un-operative clients
- Change negative self-talk which can adversely influence clients
